Carolyn has coached and mentored me on many levels from line management to 1:1 coaching in my personal/ professional life. 

In 2020, I was unsure which direction I wanted to take my career and what move to make next. I was unhappy in my job and it was affecting me outside working hours also. The pandemic hit and I knew I needed change. 

Carolyn helped me determine and clarify my goals whilst helping me to focus on what was really important. Her soft approach allowed me to explore new job opportunities and the beliefs and uncertainties holding me back. Carolyn was probing yet supportive, and I knew I had the answers in me and her skill was drawing this out. I felt at ease, and like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders after meeting with Carolyn. 

I am more motivated, i feel happier and i have made the biggest positive change in my work career now studying and accepting a new huge promotion I didn’t feel good enough for before!
