My Story
I believe that no one deserves to live a life unfulfilled, with things they wish they could achieve but they don’t know how.
I began coaching because I wanted people to realise how they could achieve these things and that they had the answers inside them all along.
With a career that spans over 3 decades in Senior leadership and HR roles, I am well experienced in developing high performing individuals and making better leaders.
Working in industries such as finance, retail and social care, I have successfully led and coached teams in organisations of up to 65,000 employees and established various systems and practices within organisations that enable employees to thrive.
